Team Member Finance (m/f/x) at BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt

We are looking to hire a team member (m/f/x) with a strong focus on finance operations at our location in either Munich or Berlin.

Interfacing between Finance/Legal and Operations to coordinate and oversee daily operational finance activities within the accounting & purchase-to-pay (P2P) system
Setup and maintenance of system master data
Setup of purchase orders and supplier invoices in accordance with HGB accounting
Coordination and integration of contract management into the P2P process
Systematic and continuous recording, mapping, and monitoring of accounting transactions and data integrity
Providing key data and information as a basis for decision making through analyses, controlling, planning, and reporting

Completed studies in relevant fields such as Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably with non-profit organizations
Experience with an accounting system or assisting in the introduction of such a tool
Experience in finance planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as in process design
Reliable and structured work style, capable of implementing topics independently
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
Ability to quickly familiarize with new topics and assignments
Team-oriented way of working and high level of integrity
Very good MS Office skills
