Requirements
- A completed university degree in a relevant field related to the energy sector
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and inspire a team
- Strong project management experience overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong analytical thinking and numerical agility for data-driven decisions
- Profound knowledge of German energy market conditions, including key players and current trends
- Business fluency in both German and English
