**✨**What will be your mission?
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet No Isolation’s recruitment needs and support our growth in existing and new markets. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure they’re supported in selecting the right talent.
Additionally, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, continuously improve No Isolation’s ability to attract and retain top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will report to the Chief People & Organisation Officer.
What will your work look like?

Sourcing and recruitment:

Proactively source candidates across current and emerging markets

Write compelling job postings

Streamline and automate recruitment tasks to improve efficiency

Candidate screening and assessment:

Review resumes and applications

Conduct initial interviews to shortlist candidates

Collaborating with hiring managers:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and align the hiring process with business needs

Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate selection processes

Employer branding:

Promote our employer brand across online platforms and social media

Build our career site to showcase No Isolation’s employee value proposition

Candidate experience:
- Ensure a positive, transparent experience for all candidates with timely communication and feedback

Building a talent pipeline:

Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Use the applicant tracking system to manage candidate data

Metrics and continuous improvement:

Track recruitment metrics and use data to optimize recruitment strategies

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is exceptionally dedicated to and experienced in talent acquisition. You know how to do it and execute fast. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and are passionate about connecting people with purpose-driven work.
Your skill set includes:

You have a solid understanding of recruitment processes and tools

Communication skills: You’re a great communicator, able to build trust and rapport with both candidates and hiring managers

Organisational abilities: You’re able to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously

Resilience: You have a can-do mentality and can perform well under pressure

Proactive approach: You’re self-driven and always looking for ways to learn and improve

Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal, as you will be working with international teams and candidates
In Norway, the expected salary range for this position is NOK 620 000 - 670 000. The listed expected salary range represents a good faith estimate and the actual pay may depend on a variety of job-related factors that can include experience, education, skills and location.
