Talent Acquisition Manager (human) at everdrop

As a Talent Acquisition Manager (human), you will play a key role in ensuring the acquisition of top talents for everdrop and for our mission.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions
Create job descriptions and pre-select applicants
Conduct interviews and hire new colleagues
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
Manage applicant management using recruitment software
Ensure job advertisements are up to date and manage external job portals
Facilitate efficient pre-onboarding and smooth first working day for new hires
Collaborate with marketing/communications team to enhance employer brand
Contribute to various People & Culture initiatives
Guarantee excellent candidate and employee experience through appreciation and transparent communication

At least 2 years of practical experience in holistic recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a startup environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational talent and ability to prioritize under stress
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR technologies
Very good command of written and spoken German and English (C1)
Knowledge of employer branding strategies and experience in People & Culture topics is a plus
