Facilitate on-site management workshops to determine double materiality of our clients.
Utilize your profound knowledge and experience to define a standardized way to implement existing and upcoming ESG / CSRD policies.
Create simple yet highly effective action plans for our customers to reach their individual sustainability goals.
Become the key opinion leader on cutting edge developments relating to ESG, Sustainability, EU regulations and action plans for companies.

Extensive knowledge of ESG regulations and sustainability standards such as CSRD/ESRS, GHG Protocol, CSDDD/LkSG, EU Taxonomy.
Understanding of the challenges and opportunities SMEs face regarding sustainability requirements.
Enjoy interacting with the public and spreading your message through various communication media.
Tech-savvy and passionate about providing digital solutions to customers.
Solution-oriented mindset with a knack for pragmatic solutions to complex problems.
Ambitious and striving for impact.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Enjoy business travel and on-site meetings with clients.
Fluent in English and German (C2).
Over 2 years of practical experience as an ESG/Sustainability Manager or Strategic Consultant.
