The Institute for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine (iTERM) develops and implements 3D Imaging technologies to generate the highest resolution view of whole mouse bodies and human organs. At iTERM, we bring together cutting-edge science from biology, nanotechnology, engineering and computer applications. Our overarching aim is to obtain a holisitc view of interconnected biological systems in health and disease. We develope deep learning-based algorithms (AI) to rubust and unbiasedly analyze large imaging and molecular data.
Your tasks
- Visualize 3D microscopy datasets
- Annotate cells, nerves, organs, etc.
- Create pictures and videos of biological 3D datasets
- Create training material for our AI/Machine learning algorithms for 3D fluorescent microscope images
- Create images and immersive videos from research outcomes
Your profile
- Bachelor/master student in relevant field
- Basic knowledge about cell biology and anatomy
- Strong spatial awareness
- Proficient in english
- Willing to work with VR, experience is a plus
