Carbmee is an enterprise software company headquartered in Berlin, offering a cloud solution to analyze, manage & reduce carbon footprints. We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to advocate for our customers and consult on their decarbonization strategy.
Tasks
- Manage a portfolio of Carbmee’s strategic customers as their trusted decarbonization advisor.
- Liaise and consult with Senior Executives in Sustainability, Procurement, and other key functions.
- Translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact delivery aligned with Carbmee’s offerings.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring top-class execution and steering.
- Advocate for customers to internal stakeholders in Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
- Share business insights, surface challenges, and identify product development opportunities.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the Carbmee customer journey.
- Lead post-sales engagement, retention, and growth of customers.
- Identify opportunities, drive business outcomes, and ensure customer's objectives are met.
- Support customers in creating strong narratives about their decarbonization journey.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in management consultancy or as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at a fast-growing B2B tech start-up.
- Experience working with large corporations and understanding procurement organizations.
- Experience in the sustainability field and knowledge of climate reduction strategies is a plus.
- Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken.
- Performance-driven mindset with outstanding presentation and project management skills.
- Ability to work well in diverse, hybrid teams.
- Passion for business sustainability, carbon emissions management, and decarbonisation strategy development.
