Intro

Tasks
- Organisation der Einsätze der aufsuchenden Beratung in Hotels/Hostels
- Aufbau und Führung eines Teams von Sozialbetreuern und Sozialarbeitern

- Vertretung des Bereichs in Arbeitsgruppen und Netzwerken
- Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im wirtschaftlichen, sozial- oder geisteswissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in verwandtem Bereich
- Interesse an Flucht und Migration
- Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Leitungsverantwortung
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturiertes Arbeiten
