Intro

Tasks
- Contribute to the development of software solution products
- Act as a key contact person for information and knowledge management issues
- Define functional and technical requirements for software solutions
- Integrate customer requirements into software configurations
- Support software integration into application and system landscape
- Assist in test scenario preparation and evaluation
- Ensure software operations and maintenance
- Support product owner in license negotiations and supplier management
- Participate in software development and improvements
- Advise users on information and knowledge management best practices
- Consult on document management issues like archiving and meta data
- Implement knowledge management tools and scientific methods
Requirements
- University degree in business informatics, computer science, knowledge management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in planning, developing, and operating software systems
- Up-to-date knowledge of information, knowledge, and document management tools
- Experience with MS Sharepoint, Atlassian Confluence, or similar tools
- Proficiency in MS O365 standard software
- Willingness to travel occasionally, including abroad
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level)
- Experience in IT provider management and IT operations management is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL based service management
