Allerleirauh e.V. is seeking a social worker/social educator/pedagogical staff member to join their team in Hamburg. The organization provides counseling services for girls, young women, and genderqueer young people between the ages of 13 and 27 who have experienced sexual violence. They also offer support to professionals and caregivers of affected children and young people. The role involves prevention work in open youth work facilities and schools, as well as providing training for psychosocial professionals. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a psychosocial field, experience in empowering MINTA* work or as a youth group leader/team member, and a strong understanding of the MINTA* community and intersectionality. Knowledge of sexual violence issues and a commitment to the organization's mission are also important. The position offers a meaningful and responsible role, the opportunity to work independently in a small team, regular supervision and training, and wheelchair-accessible facilities.
