Your challenge
As the (Senior) Product Manager, you will work within marketing and closely aligned with the new services, product development and market development teams. Additionally, you will own the go-to-market process for our existing and new solutions.
You will help us reenvisage our cross-department collaboration to ensure all teams have the same product vision, strategy and key value propositions.
Your knowledge of the eMobility sector and its new business model solutions will play a role in helping to drive Hubject’s growth and retain its successful position as a global industry solution-hub leader.

Your Tasks

Own the product strategy and go-to-market process management, to ensure transparent alignment and task ownership across all departments, to meet quarterly OKRs.

Provide measurable steps to ensure our products and services can tell a compelling challenger story showcasing our USPs to meet expected business benchmarks.

Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across all stages of the product lifecycle and to drive cohesive go-to-market strategies that support both sales-led and product-led growth.

Working with the Communications Manager to develop product messaging and positioning strategies that promote product adoption and user engagement, playing a key role in the product-led growth initiatives

Utilize data-driven decision-making strategies, product development priorities, and go-to-market tactics, ensuring decisions are informed by solid analysis and market insights.

Support in strategic planning efforts to identify market opportunities, position products effectively.• Support in the training of product, sales and operation teams with product updates, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet customer needs and drive product adoption.

Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to continuously refine and adjust product marketing strategies.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years B2B product marketing, content strategy and user insights analysis. A direct knowledge of eMobility, eRoaming, EVs, Charging, EV OEMs, Charging stations, Plug&Charge plus/ and PaaS is key
- Personal hands-on experience in creating and reporting KPIs
- Project process management skills
- Market research and good planning skills
- Hands-on experience in tools such as Confluence/ Jira, Miro or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Creativity and innovation

The role will be based at our Office at the EUREF-Campus in Berlin.
Hybrid system:
- 2 day per week at the office, 3 days remote
- EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility
