Tasks
- Ensure the operation and maintenance of IT charging station management systems
- Maintain system availability according to SLAs
- Analyze and manage 2nd level incidents
- Communicate with stakeholders during critical incidents
- Manage 2nd level problems for permanent resolution
- Oversee third-party providers
- Implement and manage IT changes
- Collaborate with IT architects, software developers, and system engineers
- Monitor and enhance system landscape and monitoring technologies
- Support onboarding of B2B customers to IT backend systems
- Conduct deep analysis of system issues and performance
- Participate in the rolling 'Manager on Duty / On Call' concept
Requirements
- Experience in e-mobility environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Experience with IT service management systems (e.g., Jira)
- Familiarity with cloud systems (e.g., AWS)
- In-depth knowledge of incident and problem management according to ITIL framework
- Strong database experience
- Experience in automating recurring tasks
- Excellent communication skills
