Intro
The Senior Director of Global Ecosystem Development will lead a collaborative team to strengthen the refugee rights ecosystem and enhance the visibility and accessibility of resources and services globally. This role involves coordinating with various departments, supervising team members, and integrating critical strategies into the organization's programmatic work. The Senior Director will report to the Executive Vice President for Global Programs and contribute to cross-departmental collaboration and engagement with displaced populations and partner organizations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 6 years of experience in immigrant and refugee rights
- Experience in organizational capacity development
- Experience in supervising teams
- Experience in partnership development or legal resource creation
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
