Flybionic provides innovative mobile communication solutions for drone applications beyond line-of-sight. Our highly skilled experts develop and implement customized technologies that enable our customers to operate drones safely and efficiently in various scenarios.
What you will do
-
Development of innovative algorithms for communication and control systems for application in drone technology
-
Implementation and optimization of software solutions to ensure efficient and reliable system integration
-
Creation and analysis of simulation-based scenarios for the evaluation and further development of algorithms for different use cases
-
Working closely with customers and users to understand technical requirements and translate them into powerful algorithmic solutions
-
Supporting the demonstration and presentation of technical solutions as part of customer meetings and project scenarios
What you bring to the table
-
Degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering or a related field
-
User experience with autopilot software such as Ardupilot or PX4
-
Creation of algorithms
-
Extensive experience with Python and Linux operating systems
-
Experience in how a startup works

Proficiency in German and English language

The contract is limited until 31.05.2026 as part of the project with the start-up Flybionic. A later extension at Flybionic is explicitly desired after a successful spin-off.
The weekly working time is 39 hours. This position is also available on a part-time basis.
