Intro
Statkraft, a leader in clean energy for over 125 years, is seeking a Functional Architect/Business Analyst to join their Operations & Risk unit. The role involves driving continuous improvement of processes and tools, particularly focusing on CRM solutions for the energy industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Operations within the Energy sector, experience with Salesforce ecosystem, and skills in process design and automation. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and IT departments is key, along with proficiency in agile methodologies and strong communication skills.
Tasks
- Work closely with the business to understand the business process and needs
- Design solution concepts and implement changes and new features within agreed timescales
- Work on CRM process and system implementations from concept to deployment
- Develop and maintain detailed CRM system and process documentation
- Work in agile environment and handle ad-hoc requests while providing first level support upon request
Requirements
- Relevant university degree, preferable a master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Experience with Sales and Operations in Energy industry and Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong process design, automation, and technical skills
- Agile/scrum experience or certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Python and/or APEX programming experience preferred
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills
- Demonstrable achievement within a results-driven, highly ambiguous, and dynamic environment
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Strong communication skills in Norwegian language is an advantage
