Tasks

- Lead research projects or subprojects and contribute to project acquisition
Requirements
- Degree (master's or diploma) in physics, chemistry, crystallography, materials science, or a related field, preferably with a PhD
- Scientific interest and professional experience in epitaxy, crystal growth, or growth kinetics
- Basic understanding of semiconductor devices
- Experience in metal organic chemical vapor deposition or alternative epitaxy processes
- Know-how in project acquisition for public and industrial research projects
- Practical experience in project planning, coordination, and management
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, and independent, goal-oriented work style
- Good command of English (B2+)
