- Scientific publications and solid knowledge of the literature on the chair’s current research topics
- At least three years of academic or professional-practical work in a full-time employment relationship
- Several years of teaching experience in design and research methods
- Ability to teach in German and/or in English; willingness to acquire the respective missing language skills.
