Tasks
The digital health platform is being developed by a highly interdisciplinary team (doctors, lawyers, psychologists, social scientists, usability experts and external IT service providers) as part of a third-party funded project that will run for another 3 years. The platform is intended to enable clinical work processes (including data exchange, appointment coordination and communication) between resident doctors, hospital centers and patients in the sense of an extended electronic patient record (EPR).
The position to be filled focuses on user-centered design and optimization of content and processes for the digital care platform, with an emphasis on UX design in collaboration with various project partners. Key responsibilities include the development of UX concepts, including wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design processes. Furthermore, the role involves closely supporting the usability research team with testing and evaluations

Requirements
In-depth knowledge of UUX design and of common design and prototyping tools, especially Figma
Excellent German language skills are indispensable due to the collaborative project work
Desirable:
Strong management and structuring skills
Experience in user-centered text and information design
Experience with online technologies and / or web design
Experience with medical work contexts, ideally with digital health technologies
Experience with interdisciplinary and agile Software development teams
Interest in communication/coordination tasks, technology development, and abstract thinking
