Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich bei uns:

Wir suchen ein begeisterungsfähigen Werkstudent:in als Unterstützung unseres Finance-Teams. Deine Aufgaben sind im Besonderen:

Buchhaltung mit Verantwortung: Du unterstützt aktiv in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung – von der Erfassung und Vorkontierung von Eingangsrechnungen bis zur Abstimmung mit unserer Steuerberatung. Außerdem erstellst du eigenständig Ausgangsrechnungen in Billomat und Salesforce und begleitest das Erinnerungs- und Mahnwesen.
Finance-Prozesse im Flow halten: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Finanzprozesse reibungslos laufen – indem du als erste Anlaufstelle im internen und externen First Level Support agierst, Anfragen aufnimmst, weiterleitest oder direkt bearbeitest.
Kommunikation als Schlüssel: Du setzt deine Kommunikationsstärke gezielt ein, um Finanzthemen und Sachverhalte klar und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln – ob im Team oder gegenüber externen Partner:innen.
Mitwirkung an Abschlüssen: Du bekommst Einblicke in unsere Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und unterstützt bei der Erstellung sowie beim Reporting an unterschiedliche Stakeholder wie Shareholder, Teams und Kund:innen.

Das bringst du mit

Du kannst bei uns als Werkstudent:in durchstarten, wenn du die folgenden Fähigkeiten mitbringst:

Kaufmännisches Know-how: Du studierst aktuell Betriebswirtschaft oder ein verwandtes Fach im Bachelor oder Master – oder hast bereits eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Tasche.
Flexible Einstiegsmöglichkeiten: Du hast Zeit, bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche bei uns mit anzupacken – alternativ kannst du dir auch ein Praktikum bei uns vorstellen.
Du und Excel - Ein Match: Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit Excel und bringst gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Office 365-Welt mit – Tabellen, Auswertungen und Formeln schrecken dich nicht ab.
Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe: Du kommunizierst professionell – ob am Telefon oder per E-Mail – und kannst Geschäftskorrespondenz eigenständig und stilsicher führen.
Struktur trifft Eigenverantwortung: Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, priorisierst deine Aufgaben im Arbeitsalltag und sorgst dafür, dass Fristen und Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden.
Tools? Lernst du im Handumdrehen: Ob Billomat, Salesforce, Spendesk oder DATEV – wenn du sie schon kennst, umso besser. Wenn nicht, bringen wir dir alles Wichtige bei.

Your tasks

These tasks are waiting for you:

We are looking for an enthusiastic working student to support our Finance team. Your tasks are in particular:

Accounting with responsibility: you will actively support accounts payable and accounts receivable - from entering and pre-assigning incoming invoices to coordinating with our tax consultants. You will also independently create outgoing invoices in Billomat and Salesforce and oversee the reminder and dunning process.
Keeping finance processes flowing: Ensuring that our finance processes run smoothly - by acting as the first point of contact for internal and external first level support, taking on, forwarding or directly processing inquiries.
Communication is key: Using your communication skills to convey financial topics and issues clearly and appropriately - whether within the team or to external partners.
Participation in financial statements**:** You will gain insights into our monthly and annual financial statements and support the preparation and reporting to various stakeholders such as shareholders, teams and customers.

Your qualifications

You can join us as a working student if you have the following skills:

Commercial know-how: You are currently studying business administration or a related subject at Bachelor's or Master's level - or have already completed a commercial apprenticeship.
Have flexible entry options: You have time to work with us for up to 20 hours a week - alternatively, you can also consider an internship with us.
You and Excel - a match: You feel confident using Excel and have good to very good knowledge of the Office 365 world - tables, evaluations and formulas don't scare you off.
Communication at eye level: Professional communication skills - whether on the phone or by email - and the ability to conduct business correspondence independently and with confidence.
Structure meets personal responsibility: independent and structured in your work, you prioritize your tasks in your day-to-day work and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
Tools? You'll learn in no time: Whether Billomat, Salesforce, Spendesk or DATEV - if you already know them, fantastic. If not, we'll teach you everything you need to know.
