    Intro

Responsibilities include quality assurance, technical analytics, project management, and developing GIS & RS Standard Operating Procedures.

    Tasks

    • Lead comprehensive Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing (GIS&RS) analyses
    • Perform GIS & RS analyses on satellite data
    • Develop and implement spatial solutions for GIS & RS components
    • Provide expert support and recommendations for GIS&RS best practices
    • Draft and revise GIS & RS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Participate in technical planning

    Requirements

    • Senior level experience in GIS and Remote Sensing
    • Strong project management and roadmapping skills
    • Ability to interact with senior management on digital innovation and strategy matters
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience in land use planning, ecosystem services, terrain mapping, and forestry management
    • Knowledge of Measurement, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) processes
