Die Bikeleasing-Gruppe hat sich zu einer führenden Unternehmensgruppe für Arbeitgeber-Benefits und Mobilitätslösungen entwickelt. Sie umfasst fünf spezialisierte Unternehmen, darunter Multi-Benefit-Anbieter, Leasing- und Versicherungsdienstleister sowie Händler für refurbished Bikes. Unsere Microsoft Dynamics 365-Umgebung steht im Mittelpunkt unserer Kundenbeziehungen und Geschäftsprozesse. Deshalb suchen wir Dich als Senior CRM Developer (gn), der die um unsere CRM-Landschaft neu zu gestalten. In dieser Rolle bewegst du dich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Technologie und hilfst dabei, skalierbare und wartbare Lösungen zu schaffen.

Du arbeitest eng mit anderen CRM-Experten zusammen, um die technische Entwicklung unserer Dynamics 365-Umgebung voranzutreiben
Du entwirfst und implementierst robuste, skalierbare CRM-Lösungen und triffst hierbei Architekturentscheidungen
Du optimierst die Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit bestehender Anpassungen
Du erstellst und pflegst die technische Dokumentation
Du arbeitest mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen, um Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen

Deine Stärken

Du bringst mehrere Jahre Berufspraxis in Microsoft Dynamics 365 mit, kennst Dich mit den jeweiligen Performanceoptimierungen & Systemeinschränkungen aus
Du beherrschst die Entwicklung mit JavaScript und C# innerhalb von D365
Du bist erfahren in der Lösungsarchitektur für komplexe CRM-Implementierungen
Du hast Erfahrung mit der Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Du hast verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Your mission

The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. It consists of five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance service providers, and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continuous profitable growth and expansion, we are on an exciting technical transformation journey. Our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment is at the heart of our customer relationships and business processes. That’s why we are looking for you as a Senior CRM Developer (gn) to help reshape our CRM landscape. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of business and technology, contributing to the creation of scalable and maintainable solutions.

You will work closely with other CRM experts to drive the technical development of our Dynamics 365 environment
You will design and implement robust, scalable CRM solutions, making key architectural decisions
You will optimize the performance and reliability of existing customizations
You will create and maintain technical documentation
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements

Your profile

You have several years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and are well-versed in performance optimization and system limitations
You are proficient in JavaScript and C# development within D365
You have experience in solution architecture for complex CRM implementations
You are skilled in working with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
You have business-fluent English skills; German skills are a plus
