    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Project Management intern to join our talented, passionate gender team as of February 2025. As our intern, you will support the day-to-day of our gender projects working closely with the Impact team at Common Goal.

    This role involves supporting the management of various workstreams to promote gender equity in sports, assisting the team with reporting (M&E) tasks, and contributing to project management activities. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, passionate about advancing gender equity in sports, and enthusiastic about project management and implementation.

    Your tasks

    • Support the logistics of events and coordination of meetings with expert partners and sport-for-good organizations
    • Support in the collection, analysis, clarification and compilation of project reporting (M&E)
    • Assist in managing the overall workplan of the project workstreams with the different stakeholders
    • Assist in managing the day-to-day relationships with external partners and the internal team

    Your profile

    • You are a matriculated university student (until the end of this internship), preferably in an advanced semester
    • You are experienced with topics like international development, development through sports, monitoring and evaluation, gender equality and social inclusion, project management, or related topics
    • You are available to work with us on a full-time basis for up to six months
    • You are a quick learner and enjoy self-managing your tasks
    • You love to get things done, thrive on challenging the status-quo and have a genuine passion for our cause
    • You are fluent in English.
    • You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
    • You are located in Berlin as of February 2025
