Tasks
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of grant-based impact and entrepreneurship programs
- Manage end-to-end Entrepreneurship Programs within the Startup Hub
- Partner with the Program Team to co-design program agendas, formats, and curriculum
- Scout and engage with startups and partners that align with relevant programs
- Manage network outreach to nurture the ecosystem of external partners
- Create and deliver engaging events and activities for the Startup Hub Community
- Execute grant administration with the support of other team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with the Startup, Impact and DEI industry
- Hands-on, takes ownership fast, and operates independently
- Excellent project management and team communication skills
- Good vibes and ability to nurture great (external) relationships
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
