Your tasks in the net zero journey:**
- Make sure individual competences and skills in the team are at a very high level, as needed for successful execution.
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping internal and external customers.
- Managing the corresponding cost centre, budgeting and execution the head count plan according to the company needs within the area.
- Fulfil production revenue plan while ensuring that products are manufactured according to COGS targets.
- Continuously optimise production efficiency by optimising the organisational production flow and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Be a supervisor for the production management of section, production planning and maintenance.
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimising unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Follow LEAN standards while allocating resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results.
- Tracking performance of the team members and define development measures for the team and the individual team members as well.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop the plant staff.
- Develop and ensure a strong cross-functional cooperation.
- Report and escalate according to given needs and Skeleton standards.
- Drive projects beside the given scope if needed.
- Drive a customer-focussed and a safety first mindset.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of Production / Manufacturing management experience.

Knowledge of operation management in a 3 shift operation.

Background in the electronics, automotive industry or automatic high production volume lines.

LEAN management experience is considered an advantage.

Excellent written and verbal English skills; German language skills are a strong advantage.

You have a hands-on mentality.

You are a thorough and independent worker who can easily translate your line of thoughts to instructions.

Excellent communication skills.
