We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product QA Working Student to join our team at Global Changer. The ideal candidate will be keen to dive into software quality. Responsibilities include to support in executing usability tests, reporting bugs and supporting the Product Management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of product quality assurance.

Helping companies reduce emissions faster. We use one of the biggest levers to fight the climate crisis and work mainly with large organizations.

About the software:

Our product is a SaaS B2B platform that supports companies on their entire sustainability journey, with a focus on the one thing that will help our planet: Reducing emissions. And yes, we also use AI to do so.

Tasks

• Be the last mile to keep our software’s quality at the highest level and identify defects before they reach production
• Identify and report defects directly to our Software Engineers while working closely with them during all phases of software development
• Participate in conceptual planning sessions to identify conceptual issues along the road
• Collaborate closely with our Product Manager by supporting in other Product Management activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
• Ideally: First practical experience in the field of quality assurance and/or product management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bonus: Experience in working with ticketing systems (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
• Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
• Availability: 15-20 hours per week
• Comfortable with working remotely
