Professional experience as a product manager, preferably in an international start-up tech environment
Ability to approach unstructured problems with an iterative, flexible mindset
Enjoy challenging existing assumptions and rigorously testing hypotheses
Excel at breaking down complex tasks into manageable parts
Utilize data to shape the product based on user habits and strategic needs
Empathetic lateral leader with understanding of technical challenges
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in a fully remote setup
Strong communication skills in English
Track record of guiding a product towards product-market-fit
Tech-savvy with interest/knowledge of emerging technologies
Experience in user research and UX design
