Product Analyst (f/m/x/d) at Miles Mobility

MILES is looking for an enthusiastic Product Analyst who helps the product team to draw insights in how our features perform.

Monitor product performance and suggest adjustments to meet business goals, such as increasing conversions or retention rates
Interpret and analyze mobile click behavior to understand user behavior and translate data into actionable insights
Develop and maintain product analytic documentation, including requirements, user stories, and use cases
Improve the mobile user experience by influencing the product roadmap

Completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative subject such as computer science, business information system, data analytics or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in a product analyst or similar role
Strong grasp of SQL and data analysis tools such as Tableau, Excel, Snowflake, Big Query
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to express complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
Analytical mindset and the ability to think independently
Fluent in English; German is a plus
