Requirements
- First-hand experience in service delivery and transformation initiatives in governments within the Americas or public interest organizations, including the private sector
- Strong understanding of best practices in digital transformation and ability to lead and empower teams
- Experience in complex stakeholder environments and comfortable with ambiguity
- Pragmatic and proactive approach to managing engagements and building relationships
- Understanding of team dynamics and collaboration
- Self-starter with the ability to scope and lead projects independently
- Excellent communicator with the ability to express data and information clearly and concisely
- Experience in working openly, blogging, documenting work, and coding in the open
