Intro

Tasks
- Lead engagement with a portfolio of PPH donors
- Nurture and oversee existing donor relationships
- Build stewardship plans for existing donors
- Explore and negotiate new relationships
- Act as focal point for relationships and partnerships
- Participate in high-profile events with donors
- Support PSP management in identifying key industrial sectors
- Monitor success of fundraising activities
- Maximize visibility opportunities for UNHCR
- Ensure effective coordination with internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in fundraising and donor relations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of philanthropy and major donor engagement
- Experience in event organization
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
