Intro
The Justus Liebig University Giessen (JLU) is seeking a Postdoc in the field of Color vision. The position is part of the externally funded project 'Color3.0: an object oriented approach to color' and is limited until 31.08.2025. The Postdoc will be responsible for experimental and computational studies on color vision, data analysis, presentations at conferences, and authoring publications. The ideal candidate should have a completed Master's or equivalent degree in Psychology or a related discipline, knowledge of the structure and function of the visual system, knowledge of psychophysical methods, programming experience, and a completed doctorate. The position offers flexible working hours, free use of local public transport, training opportunities for personal development, remuneration according to TV-H, and good compatibility of family and career.
