    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
    • Understanding of financial principles related to project financing and earn-outs
    • Strong negotiation skills to handle agreements and contracts effectively
    • Fluent English language skills required; further language skills (particularly European languages) are a plus
    • Willingness to travel internationally for short term trips as the role requires
