Intro

Tasks
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers
- Maintain and improve relationships between employees and employer
- Coordinate employee onboarding processes
- Lead employee engagement activities
- Support talent management and successor development
- Ensure HR data quality and compliance with labor laws
- Support recruitment and Employer Branding activities
Requirements
- 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
- Good understanding of German labor regulations
- Experience with Learning & Development initiatives
- Experience with competence mapping
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to cope with changes
- Problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach for improvements
- Engagement with different personalities and organizational levels
