Intro
Gridfuse is looking for a People & Culture Manager to join the team as a parental leave substitute, ideally from October 01, 2024 until December 31, 2025.
Tasks
- Be the go-to person for all things people & culture including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, people ops, people development, and payroll
- Work closely with the Management team to understand organizational needs and develop initiatives to address them
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other HR-related tasks
- Take ownership of the company Pulse Check and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
- Attract and hire talent for Gridfuse and serve as the first point of contact with potential candidates
- Plan and execute company-wide events, including social gatherings and seasonal events
Requirements
- Background in a people role, preferably in a growing organization in the tech/software domain
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to new topics
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Tech-savvy and enjoy working with people-related software (experience with Personio and Leapsome is a plus)
- Verbal and written communication skills in English are a must; German is a plus
