    Your Role & Mission - We are seeking a results-driven and strategic person to take over our Partnership / Alliance Management. You will play a critical role in identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic relationships with partners to drive growth and enhance the reach of our SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success, to create win-win partnerships that deliver measurable value for all stakeholders.

    Your tasks

    Strategic Partnership Development

    • Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities with complementary businesses, resellers, system integrators, and technology providers
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy, joint Go-To-Market aligned with the company's goals
    • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and clear KPIs

    Relationship Management

    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring long-term, productive relationships
    • Proactively address partner needs and resolve issues to maintain trust and collaboration
    • Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback to maximize the value of the relationship

    Collaboration and Enablement

    • Work closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with product updates, marketing campaigns, and sales goals
    • Collaborate with the Marketing team to co-create partner-specific campaigns, events, and go-to-market strategies
    • Develop and deliver training resources  and tools to empower partners in effectively selling and using the SaaS platform

    Performance Tracking and Reporting

    • Set measurable goals for each partnership and regularly track performance against these objectives
    • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving partnership outcomes
    • Prepare and present partnership performance reports to senior leadership

    Your profile

    • Extensive work experience in partnership management, business development, or account management within the SaaS or technology industry

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German. Speaking fluent German is a must-have requirement for this role
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

    • Strong understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and business models (e.g., subscription-based services, integrations, APIs), understanding of APIs and integrations is a plus

    • Proven track record of establishing and scaling successful partnerships

    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making

    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

    • You are a supportive team player, results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced, changing environment

    • A positive, open-minded, and strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude

    • Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and strong desire to play your part in guiding the industry towards achieving a net-zero mission. Experience working in the climate tech industry is a plus

    • You are excited to join our diverse and international team in Berlin or Munich. You are open to travel to our partners & customers and our offices in Berlin and Munich on a regular basis
