They are seeking an Operations Controller to support their Operations team in Munich or Mannheim. The role involves coordinating with finance teams, aligning with business teams, auditing invoices, analyzing project performance, preparing analyses for senior management, tracking KPIs, driving process improvements, and leading digitalization efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in controlling or analytical roles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strategic thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead meetings and drive process improvements. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
