Your contribution will be

• Organising the reception in our Hamburg office, greeting our visitors and handling post and parcels
• Preparing meeting rooms for events
• Organising and handling visits from external parties (e.g. tradespeople)
• Maintaining inventory of stationery and office supplies
• Being responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and parcel dispatch
• Support the back office team with other administrative tasks

Your profile ideally illustrates

• First professional experience in office management or similar roles
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent, careful and structured way of working
• Enjoy contact with people
• Ability to lift light weights (up to 5-15kg) as part of the role
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
