Your mission
As Office Manager, you are the heart of our office and ensure that our team can work in a productive, inspiring environment. You will support day-to-day operations, organise team events and coordinate research and travel to ensure our office runs optimally and reflects our values.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily office operations, manage supplies, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Organize company events (team-building, celebrations) and procure branded items.
- Assist with travel bookings, schedule coordination, and presentation prep for leadership.
- Support new hires, welcome visitors, and continuously improve office processes.

- Organized and Structured: You thrive in dynamic settings and keep complex processes running smoothly.
