Intro
As a Marketing Designer at KoRo, you will collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop assets that support our campaigns, enhance our brand presence, and elevate our customer experience.
Tasks
- Ideate and design high-quality visual assets for digital and print marketing campaigns, newsletter templates, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing team and various stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support overall marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in various design projects – preferably within the food sector or related industries
- Excellent English skills; German skills are a plus
- Living in Berlin/the surrounding area or willing to move to Berlin
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools; After Effects and motion design knowledge are big pluses
- Experienced with Figma
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Ability to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print
- Creative thinking and ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
