At Dance, we believe getting where you want to go should be simple and sustainable. So we’re on a mission to make mobility easy. Dance members get their electric bike, free 24-hour repairs, and theft coverage on a flexible monthly subscription.  Our service is currently live in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich and Paris.

Dance was founded by SoundCloud founders Eric Quidenus-Wahlforss and Alexander Ljung, together with the co-founder of Jimdo, Christian Springub.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• You manage the communication and messaging for all markets. This includes everything from ads to website to transaction emails and our social channels like instagram and linkedin.

• You own and maintain email campaigns both to acquire interested customers as well as retaining existing ones

• You manage Influencer Campaigns and come up with creative ideas to extend these

• You will own our Dance for Business program. You develop sales strategies to grow the channel.

• You upsell campaigns and pricing and packaging ideas for further revenue growth

• You manage partnerships with adjacent models to drive traffic and brand awareness

• You come up with creative marketing stunts to drive awareness locally in the markets we operate in and coordinate with the local teams for execution

• You identify opportunities across growth channels, both online and offline, and build a roadmap for testing

• You analyze the impact of growth experiments and communicate insights with stakeholders

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you:

• You have a minimum of 3+ Years of Experience in a Marketing Role (preferably in scale-ups)

• You have a strong sense of building a great brand and telling compelling stories

• You excel at creative thinking to drive brand awareness and attract new members locally in our 4 Cities, even on a limited budget

• You’re a self-starter who thrives in a small team: you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and do things yourself

• You communicate clearly and effectively, both internally and externally

• You have a solid understanding of performance marketing and data, and can confidently manage performance campaigns—whether in-house or with external partners

• You have experience in subscription models and are familiar with the underlying metrics like churn

• You ideally know the French market well, bringing insights that help shape our growth in France

• You are ideally based in Paris or Berlin

• You are fluent in English and in either German or French
