Requirements
- Relevant legal qualifications (including a current practicing certificate).
- A minimum of two years post-qualification experience in a private-practice law firm or equivalent.
- Excellent academic achievement and understanding of the law, including a strong grounding in and knowledge of contract law.
- Meaningful regulatory and/or commercial experience.
- Strong drafting skills and first-rate attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and diplomacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Good interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work in sometimes pressured conditions, and to prioritise tasks appropriately and adapt to situational demands.
- Team-player outlook with the ability to work independently but within a structured legal team with appropriate support.
