    Join Our Team as a Key Account Officer!
    Are you an experienced professional with a passion for building and nurturing relationships? We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Officer to join our dynamic team.
    In this role, you will be pivotal in understanding and meeting the needs of our key stakeholders and customers. Your responsibilities will include managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and partner organisations.
    Job Share: Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
    Location: FLOCERT GmbH Headquarter Bonn, Germany
    Salary: The salary and benefit package depend upon qualifications and experience
    Start date: as soon as possible

    Your responsibilities

    • Proactively manage a set of customer accounts and develop trusted relationships across hierarchy levels
    • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, regularly review account performance
    • Prepare certification and verification service offers: Scope new customer inquiries, draft project outlines, including deliverables, timelines, and price quote
    • Lead contract negotiations, ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms and deliverables
    • Follow-up on account management processes to close deals and work jointly with other internal teams to deliver on customer expectations
    • Collaborate cross-departmentally and cross-organisationally to design, develop, and constantly improve service solutions
    • Support the optimisation of the strategic direction, structure and workflows of Account Management
    • Facilitate workshops, business meetings and presentations
    • Maintain accurate records of account performance, sales pipeline status, and contracts on Salesforce

    Your qualifications, experience and skills

    • Min 3 years of related professional work experience in a client-facing, commercial role such as Account Management, Sales or Marketing (and preferably with experience in certification industry)
    • University education the fields of Business, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Sales or related field
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to influence without formal authority
    • Cross-functional project management skills
    • Takes pride in delivering high-quality work
    • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment
    • Good understanding of multi-stakeholder environment
    • Fluent in English and Spanish (German and/or French is a plus)
    • Structured and organised approach to work
    • Curious mindset and solution oriented
    • A self-starter with a business acumen
    • Strong dedication towards customer service
    • Experience with project management and/or customer relationship management tools
    • Ability to travel up to 25%
