Tasks
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts
- Understand key account needs, markets, and customers
- Meet account needs and deliverables on time
- Resolve account issues and complaints
- Manage communications between accounts and internal teams
Requirements
- Degree in a related field, preferably business studies
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account or sales activities
- Basic knowledge of sales budgeting, marketing techniques, and supply chains
- Proficiency in English (C1 level), other European languages are a plus
- Strong customer orientation and client-centric attitude
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
