We are seeking a Junior SEA (Performance Marketing) Manager with hands-on experience in Google Ads / Bing Ads to join our team.

Develop and implement effective Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns aligned with business goals
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify and target the most relevant and high-performing keywords
Create and optimize ad copy for Responsive Search Ads
Set up and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage users and increase conversions
Monitor daily campaign performance and KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS)
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
Implement bid management strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize ROAS
Conduct regular A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements
Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns
Prepare concise, clear and insightful reports on campaign performance and optimization opportunities

Bachelors’ degree in a quantitative field of study (e.g., math, statistics, sciences, engineering, business)
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns
Demonstrated experience with keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and A/B testing
Proficient in using Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Excel and other relevant tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
