- Initial experience in operational project management and first professional experience.
- Strong coordination skills in managing complex projects.
- Independent and proactive work style with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Sound analytical skills, structured mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
- High affinity for IT and software tools.
- Experience in communications and social media management is a bonus.
- Willingness to travel to provide on-site support as needed.
