Intro
PAUL Tech AG is seeking a Junior Operations Controller to support their Operations team in Munich or Mannheim. The role involves coordinating with finance teams, aligning with business teams, checking and verifying invoices, analyzing project performance, making strategic decisions, tracking KPIs, driving digitalization and automation, and more. The ideal candidate should have experience in a controlling or analytical role, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead meetings and drive process improvements. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus.
Tasks
- Develop budget and cash flow forecasts
- Evaluate installation quality
- Audit and verify invoices
- Analyze project performance
- Prepare analyses for senior management
- Track and monitor KPIs
- Drive digitalization and automation processes
Requirements
- Experience in controlling or analytical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
