COLORS has successfully built a platform that has created a space for creatives to share their art and vision. We’re currently expanding the team and looking for a Junior Accountant to help maintain the financial health and compliance of the company.
Tasks
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate reports on financial performance
- Ensure compliance with German tax regulations
- Prepare and submit tax returns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Support internal and external audits
- Oversee payroll processing
- Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance in Germany
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of German accounting software such as SAP & DATEV
- Good understanding of German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
- Fluency in English & German (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in French is an advantage
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interest & passion for music
