Intro
DEW21, a modern energy provider in Dortmund, is seeking individuals to join their team in advancing the energy sector. The job involves building and expanding the Security Operations Center, implementing IT security requirements, managing client security issues, collaborating with IT compliance and security experts, and more. Ideal candidates have a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience, knowledge of service provider management and IT processes (e.g., ITIL), familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and IT structures and infrastructures, including cloud technologies.
Tasks
- Auf- und Ausbau des Security Operations Center
- Umsetzung aller IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen in Betriebsthemen
- Steuerung der Client Management Themen im IT Security Kontext
- Dienstleistermanagement im IT Security Kontext
- Zusammenarbeit mit IT Compliance Manager und IT Sicherheitsexperte im virtuellen IT Security Team
- Administration und Koordination von Network Isolation, Firewall, ATP etc.
- Mitarbeit in Attack Response Prozessen
- Enge Abstimmung mit IT Service Management und IT Operation
- Mitarbeit bei Incident, Problem und Change Management im Security Kontext
- Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen IT Operations-Dienstleistern und SOC
- Monitoren der aktuellen Bedrohungslage
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, bzw. langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Security
- Kenntnisse der Dienstleistersteuerung und IT-Prozessen (z.B. ITIL)
- Kenntnisse der Microsoft Windows Betriebssysteme, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Firewalling
- Wissen über IT-Strukturen und Infrastrukturen sowie Cloud
