Your responsibilities

Management and independent organisation of our IT department with two employees
Strategic development of the department and optimisation of business processes in close coordination with the management
Responsibility for the successful implementation of IT projects
Ensuring IT security in our systems by preventing, identifying and closing security gaps
Administration, maintenance and documentation of our client, server and cloud solutions (Windows, Linux, Azure, Kubernetes, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Teams, Office 365)
Ongoing further development and optimisation of our network infrastructure

Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the IT industry with a focus on system administration, network management and security
Initial management experience as well as strong communication and organisational skills
Independent, structured way of working and a high degree of service and solution-orientation
Willingness to work flexible hours
Instructor qualification according to AEVO desirable
