Tasks

- Analyze financial reports, assist in reviewing advisory board materials, investment agreements, and identify potential new investors and exit strategies.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment returns, P&L, cash flows, and capital requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry peers and key stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute to relevant industry events and conferences.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in startups venture capital, M&A activity, and industry news.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, finance, business administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or similar environment with strong focus on strategy, business development and M&A.
- Strong understanding of business models, capital markets and investment strategies.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Proactive, deadline-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated Problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.
- Good understanding of venture capital, private equity, or a similar financial sector is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
