Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe e.V. is looking for an International HR Manager to strengthen our team in Bonn.

Set up the process for the introduction of HR standards in accordance with Help guidelines and in compliance with local laws
Monitor and ensure the proper application of internal regulations and applicable laws
Support management and colleagues in identifying developments in HR
Support planning, participation, implementation and further development of HR topics
Creation & maintenance of digital personnel files
Support in setting up a local payroll structure for national employees

A university/bachelor degree in the field of human resources or another relevant subject area
Several years of relevant professional experience in international HR work in the context of humanitarian NGOs
Consulting skills in different cultural contexts
High level of problem-solving skills in challenging situations
Ability to coordinate and organize under high work pressure and difficult site conditions
High level of mental and physical resilience
Very good written and spoken English and French; knowledge of German is an advantage
